SimplySmart is a quality child care centre in Mississauga and is fully licensed by the Ministry of Education. Children at SimplySmart participates in yoga, dance and music every week with trained instructors. We organize two to four field trips every year, our Christmas concert and summer fiesta as well.

We at SimplySmart want parents to be informed and involved in their child’s progress and activities on a regular basis and hence have different methods of communication on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Daily progress is shared with parents by the teachers in all classrooms. We have whiteboards in each classroom with updates on each child’s day for the parents. We have at least 2 parent teacher interviews every year to keep parents informed of their child’s progress in the classroom. Parents will get secure login access to our website to get detailed classroom schedules and routines. Parents are also welcome to talk to their child’s teacher on any questions they may have on a regular basis.

With personalized routines and schedules just like home we work with the parents to help their babies adjust at SimplySmart in a warm and caring environment. We have a separate sleep room for babies and each child has a personal crib for nap time. A typical day for your baby will include lots of music, singing, rhymes, outdoor play, tummy time and smiles and hugs. It’s Berry Season…..

There is nothing like a few hours spent on a farm with your children. Picking and eating fresh berries, enjoying the wagon ride, playing on straw bundles and petting animals. The freshness of a farm cannot be ignored. The taste of everything is so different from what we eat at home, that even parents are surprised when their children eat everything that they pick. The learning experience on the farm is a whole different opportunity in itself.

With the tractors and animals and the hens laying eggs, Our visit to the farm is more fun than anyone expects, Running on the straw and through the farm, “Let’s stay here forever”, my little ones beg.
